Hazardous materials (hazmat) are subject to special shipping requirements and may only be shipped via ground transportation. Additional fees may apply for hazmat shipments.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused items in original packaging. Certain products, including but not limited to custom orders, opened chemicals, and safety equipment, may not be returnable. Please contact customer service for return authorization before returning any items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
