How do I create an account?
Click "Create an Account" in the top right corner. Fill in your information and choose whether you're registering as an individual or company account.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access B2B features if applicable.
How do I search for products?
Use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search by product name, SKU, or category. You can also browse our catalog by selecting categories from the main navigation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Net 30 terms for qualified business accounts.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free ground shipping is available on orders over $300. Free LTL freight is available on orders over $2,000. Some restrictions apply for hazmat products.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact customer service immediately at 1-800-XXX-XXXX. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order is in processing, modifications may not be possible.
B2B & Company Accounts
What are the benefits of a company account?
Company accounts include access to shopping lists, quick order functionality, custom pricing, Net 30 payment terms (if approved), and the ability to manage multiple users with different permission levels.
How do I add users to my company account?
Company administrators can add users through the Company Structure section in My Account. You can set different permission levels for each user.
What are shopping lists?
Shopping lists allow you to save frequently ordered items for quick reordering. Create multiple lists for different purposes (e.g., monthly supplies, special projects).
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. LTL freight shipments vary based on destination.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track orders in the Order History section of your account.
Do you ship hazmat products?
Yes, we ship hazardous materials via ground shipping only. Additional fees may apply, and hazmat items are excluded from free shipping promotions.
