We build color the way it's going to be used — on aircraft, on fleets, on brand-critical equipment — using spectrophotometer data, trained visual judgment on effect finishes, and sprayed panels that prove the color before it ever reaches your booth.

Then we keep it. Every Color Studio color is documented and held as a controlled standard, so repeat orders come off the same reference, not a fresh guess.

Spectrophotometer verification on every match, backed by trained visual review where instruments can't go — metallics, micas, pearls, and color-shifting finishes.

Sprayed panels, not screen renderings. You approve the color in your own light, on the real system, before production.

Working standards stay on file with us. Reorder support is built in. We manage the color so you don't have to.

How it works

  1. Intake. Tell us the target, the coating system, the substrate, the gloss, and where the color will live. Any reference point works — panel, chip, part, sample, spec, or existing color name.
  2. Tier selection. We put the request in the right lane and quote it up front.
  3. Color development. Lab work and color review under our Color Master.
  4. Panels. Sprayed panels ship to you for review in real conditions.
  5. Approval. You sign off on the color you'll actually get.
  6. Documentation and storage. The formula and standards are recorded and retained.
  7. Reorder. Come back in a month or five years. The standard is still here.

BS Match

Free with a quart kit minimum

Straightforward, practical color matching tied to a product order. Basic match support, standard Color Studio review, internal formula record, and full reorder capability. Ships with your kit, TDS, SDS, and manufacturer certs.

Best for: simple shop needs, reorder support, existing customers.

CS Standard

$250 — fully credited to your first product order

The documented, repeatable paid match. Includes color match, two sprayed panels, spectrophotometer verification, two working standards retained on file, archived formula, reorder capability, and a customer-facing color summary. Buy the paint and the match costs you nothing.

Best for: aerospace shops, fleet and industrial customers, anyone who needs panels and a match that holds up over time.

CS Signature

$3,995 for the first color — two approval cycles included

The premium creative tier. We design the color with you. Includes a color creation session, design consultation, a panel with every approval cycle, a signed final panel, two working standards retained, archived formula, an optional color name, and overnight panel shipping both directions.

  • Additional colors in the same project: $1,500 each
  • Additional customer-requested approval cycles: $1,000 each
  • If we miss the target, the redo is on us.

Best for: corporate aircraft, custom liveries, fleet signature colors, premium brand colors.

Not Yours

From $15,000 — scoped per engagement

Our protected color program, for customers whose color shouldn't belong to anyone else. Private color creation under NDA, dedicated Color Master involvement, master, working, and batch standards, vault-stored formula, a brandable color name, premium approval documentation, live spray and full review, and large-format panels. Protection, ownership, and release terms are defined in the engagement agreement.

Best for: BBJ and VIP aircraft, private fleet owners, brand-owned colors, exclusive liveries.

Panel shipping: ground included on every Color Studio panel at CS Standard and above. Additional panels $50 each with ground included. Domestic overnight $50 flat. Saturday delivery $100. International ships collect on your account plus a $100 international handling fee.
